Cleanroom Manager

I have worked with Meridian Medical since the early 2000s, firstly as Works Manager at the old factory in Ford and now at the Littlehampton site as Cleanroom Manager.

My work involves planning the production flow of the cleanrooms, product and staff training, managing cleanroom personnel and inductions, as well as environmental cleaning.

Working as a team, with all levels of staff and stages of production, is something that I very much enjoy about my role. Also, the fact that the job can be challenging and diverse day-to-day.

Meridian Medical has been a great company to work for because, being family-run, it means a very hands-on, friendly atmosphere, something which makes it a pleasure to work here.
